Baaa-rilliant chance to take part in Shaun the Sheep design challenge
Children and young people in schools across the country are being invited to take part in “Shaun’s Cracking Design Challenge” from September 2014 to May 2015, a national design competition hosted by Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Charity, the Intellectual Property Office and Aardman Animations! The task? To invent an innovative way to transport Shaun the Sheep back to the farm after he gets lost in the city!
In addition to the challenge, schools can access a free interactive pack full of creative ideas to engage pupils, including lesson plans, top tips on how to draw Shaun the Sheep and ideas to inspire ideas for new inventions that can transport Shaun out of the city.
Participating schools across the country will also have the opportunity to purchase a Shaun in the City ‘lamb,’ a 3ft high sculpture to decorate and treasure forever. The first 100 schools to register will be able to purchase a Shaun sculpture for a special introductory price.
